The project is the coop's response to the long dream of its members to live in home to call their own.
Since this is a housing cooperative community, a number of restrictions are strictly imposed for the good and welfare of the entire community, which we cannot find in other subdivisions and this is the difference.
Blessed sacrament Residences is a realization of a dream of dedicated menbers who in one way or another have helped Cebu People's Coop homes come true, despite all hardships, trials & uncertainties, the leaders, management and staff have even strived harder just to make this A REALITY, other homeless cooperators consider this project a blessing that every coop member must treasure, a coop shared its endeavor; that is to make them live in a place called "a home" of their own. A place to raise a family where values are abound.
To those who are not members of the coop, one can approach any of the People's Coop's branch located near you for membership.
